Why are we doing this?
We often find ourselves trapped in familiar patterns: saying yes when our gut screams no, feeling paralyzed when bold action is needed, or feeling restless inside safe routines.
According to the Warrior, Settler, Nomad psychological framework of Terence Watts, every individual operates through three primary inner energies: the Firm/Controlling part (Warrior), the Kind/Nurturing part (Settler), and the Fun/Free part (Nomad). When these forces pull against one another, we feel fragmented. When understood and aligned, they become our greatest internal toolkit for resilience, clear boundaries, and grounded confidence.
